Oh Heavens -- another no coffee day. instead, I slurped down a large drink from my favorite new hangout "The Daily Juice".
Love that place - great vibe. And all the kids working there love the juices. They recommended "The Depth Charge" today -- What a name - eh? Well, it was so yummy.
Yep ... day 15 and not one drop of coffee has touched my lips!
And, big progress this morning... because once again it was cold... (Uh hem, cold for Austin was like 35 degrees....) My triggers...were not so much. I had minimal coffee urges!
but oh did I want that hot chai green tea. Did I already say .... I LOVE IT?! I do.
so, I want to tell you another thing I'm hugely excited about --
Yes, Divas the day has come!...up until now I didn't even think about coffee today!
Well, that's a breakthrough in my mind...and I am sooooo grateful.
And, let's see what's next. Well, now I'm planning on starting a cleanse next week Thursday, February 4th. I hope you'll join me - please!!! It'll be life changing. I promise you.
On average people lose 2lbs a day and feel extraordinary!
I made that batch of Yogi Tea. The fragrant aroma brought joy to my spirit.
And the best of all ...No cravings for coffee!!!
However,... Nostalgia got me in the afternoon... and I succumbed to my craving.
Girl Scout Cookies!! - oh my gosh. I love the peanut butter sandwiches ones well, And they were unbelievably fabulous - they took me to feeling utter joy.
Yes, Divas -- I had a close call this morning. I ended up at my very ole favorite coffee stop ...believe it or not... Whole Foods. Yep, I'm a Whole Foods fan for sure...there coffee beans were some of the best. And, the only spot in town with Almond Milk for creamer -- yum.
However --- when I strolled in the front door instead of making my normal left turn to the coffee, I turned right and headed straight over to the juice counter. I ordered a large green goddess -- with carrots. It was so tasty!
Feels almost like I'm on the precipice of what I think is a life shift. It's similar to other times in my life when I've embarked on something new and exciting.
Like when I quite my high paying high tech job one day (over 15 years ago) and went to massage therapy school. Now that was life changing. I loved it!
And that's how I feel about this phase of my life.
