Yep ... day 15 and not one drop of coffee has touched my lips!

And, big progress this morning...
 because once again it was cold...
(Uh hem, cold for Austin was like 35 degrees....)
My triggers...were not so much.
I had minimal coffee urges!

but oh did I want that hot chai green tea. 
Did I already say .... I LOVE IT?!
I do.

so, I want to tell you another thing I'm hugely excited about --
This is happening during my trip to San Diego in February when I visit my pH Miracle coach.
I'm getting a live blood analysis!
The one other time I had this done was 3 years ago.
After that I straightened up my act - pronto!

live blood analysis is done by pricking the finger ... putting a drop of blood on a slide ---
from there looking under a microscope... the health of the mind body can then be observed.

So interesting.
