And for me that's amazing!!    but I'll tell you I'm thrilled.

Truly I feel great...albeit I'm not saying I'm ready to walk into the local coffee bean shop.
That would be pushing my luck. :)

All I'm saying is I'm lovin this...because phase 1...giving up coffee -- shall I say, was not as hard as I thought it was going to be.

YIPPEE!

I have a ton of energy and no headaches - or did I say that already?

So, I'm ready for phase 2 .... and ready to lose WEIGHT!.

Time to clean the cupboards...
