Yes, I had my
live blood tested yesterday and it seems I have not been eating enough of the
leafy green veggies that provide all the iron and B12's. It was glaring. I had too many target cells.
However,
the good news is this blood test was far and away tons better than what
I was shown a year ago at Dr. Young's pH Miracle Center. And yes, I've
been consuming bucket loads of veggies like tomatoes, cucumbers,
romaine lettuce, avocados, onions, carrots...but the leafy greens were
somewhat on the short list.
My live blood report was indeed a
bit disappointing -- (for heaven's sake, I am the Detox Diet Diva and
my blood "should" be perfect ;)). Well, Divas -- I'm human.
I
dashed off to visit my friend Dee Anne - she's the one who introduced
me to the notion of pH and SuperGreens over 4 years ago, and I know
she's big fan of
kale, spinach, chard
- all the green leafy vegetables loaded with iron and B12. So, I asked
her what she did to make her greens tasty. ....and then she gifted me
with her recipe for yummy luscious tahini dressing!...and it's so
simple.
Here goes Divas....
take some tahini -- squeeze
fresh lemon juice, add some Bragg's liquid amino's, some water, garlic,
realsalt, -- mix with a fork and wha laaaaaa...pour on lightly steamed
greens (kale, spinach, chard).
I'll be doing a follow up on the live blood in 3 months and will keep you posted.
In
the meantime, Divas...I highly recommend you find someone who's doing
live blood analysis. if you're in Austin, I have someone to refer you
to -- so email me! And eat your leafy greens!!! I've got to scoot now
and get my supply right now from Whole Foods.
Talk to you soon!
one love,
Dawn Sanders
