Just got off the phone with a client in North Dakota -- she was shivering as we spoke because outside the temperature was a brutal -19 degrees! Brrrrr!.
Geez, how can I complain about our 50 degree cold snap?
No matter where you are... spring is indeed fast approaching and
one of the things I learned about very early in life was something called
Spring Cleaning.
And how about spring cleaning our bodies?
Yes indeed -
it's time to Detox Divas!

So, where to start? How about the pantry Divas?
Here's what you need to start CONSIDERING getting rid of ...
- Sugar -- except Stevia and Chicory Root (and I've been told Xylitol is acceptable too).
- Any kind of process food - yes that includes: Pasta, white bread, crackers, cereals, protein bars, cookies, candy -- etc.. (any ?'s --- feel free to shoot me an email)
- Vegetable Oils, Safflower or Canola Oils... -- however, please do keep: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Grape Seed Oil, Coconut Oil, Sesame Seed Oil.
