Hello Detox Diet Divas - (or could I shorten that to DD Divas?)
Just
returned home from my morning ritual of going to the gym and ensuring
my daily allotment of sweat! Yes indeed sweating is absolutely one of
the most fabulous things you can do to get those nasty acids out of our
bodies. When you move your body to the point where it breaks a sweat
you're promoting pumping of the lymphatic system which gets rid of
toxins and acid wastes from the tissue and the fluids of the body. So
bottom line - you just gotta sweat!
Of course you're probably
aware of the myriad of additional benefits to exercise such as being
tremendous for the heart, bones, joints, muscles and it certainly has
been known to enhance the mood. And - yes, it does burn calories
however the Divas don't count calories, thus this takes a lower
ranking. The sweat benefit is still King - oh, I mean Queen.

you could actually make your body MORE acidic.... stay tuned.
