You just have to try it.
Ah, but first you're going need a good blender.
So, here goes
one variation.
- 4 ice cubes
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 small avocado
- 1 scoop soy sprouts
- 1 scoop super greens
- 2 handfuls fresh spinach
- 1 lime - peeled
- 100% coconut juice/milk (about 1/4 cup)
- stevia to taste...
Blend all ingredients and indulge.
You will be blasting your body with nourishment.
And...You may well experience

you may drop a few pounds too!
