Dear Divas...Here's the deal:
You can buy all the face care and body care products in the world but if you don't care for the food that you put into your body then you are never going to reach optimum health and your body will never look as good as your birthright. (We were all born to be glowing and vibrant)
By eating good wholesome foods, fresh fruit (low sugar ones)and vegetables, fish, whole grain complex carbohydrates, rather than the junk foods that many people seem to attempt to survive on, you're giving your body and your skin every opportunity to look as good as it can for as long as it can.
Focus on food that alkalize and energize.
By eating well throughout your life you can look as much as 10 to 20 years younger!! Check out the book "Reverse Aging" by Sang Wang. It's all about balancing your body's pH.
You should eat regularly in smaller amounts and not skip meals.
This will help to maintain regular blood glucose levels in your blood and
significantly reduce the possibility of you becoming diabetic as so many people are these days due to poor choices in food.
Drink water throughout the day rather than trying to meet your daily water needs at one time. You should be drinking one liter of purified water per 30 lbs of weight
to ensure that you remain hydrated which in fact is one of the most important things to do to keep your skin looking healthy with a good complexion.
Good monounsaturated fats that can be found in oils such as olive oil and my personal favorite: Udo's Oilwill help to maintain the condition of your skin and hair.
It's really quite simple actually; if you want to look good, you have to eat and drink good stuff more often than not.
