Divas...I cut back on my blogging...didn't I?!

Well, It was not intentional. And I missed you.

Still no coffee...!!!

I've been preoccupied with my fabulous upcoming trip
to visit my pH miracle coach in California.

Last time I went (3 years ago)... I did not stop drinking cafe in advance.

And guess what?

I stopped the day I arrived and I think my body went into shock!

What a sight I was...geez...
I was shivering, my head was pounding, I was so lethargic.

Yep ... day 15 and not one drop of coffee has touched my lips!

And, big progress this morning...
 because once again it was cold...
(Uh hem, cold for Austin was like 35 degrees....)
My triggers...were not so much.
I had minimal coffee urges!

but oh did I want that hot chai green tea. 
Did I already say .... I LOVE IT?!
I do.

so, I want to tell you another thing I'm hugely excited about --
