Yes, indeed ... a milestone has been achieved.
Well, Divas, I'm jazzed.
Feels almost like I'm on the precipice of what I think is a life shift.
It's similar to other times in my life when I've embarked on something new and exciting.
Like when I quite my high paying high tech job one day (over 15 years ago) and went to massage therapy school.
Now that was life changing. I loved it!
And that's how I feel about this phase of my life.

I came across a beautiful website this morning and wanted to share. It includes a blog and a wonderful post about eating to fullness.
AND...May your day be filled with Greens and perhaps a little celebratory something or other. :). If you stay present to your body I truly believe you are much less likely to over-indulge.

Good Morning Detox Diet Divas....
In the first entry of our spring cleaning series we discussed cleaning cupboards.
Now, if you started this process then bravo! I applaud you because it truly can
bring up some stuff. Several years ago when I embarked on this path it was
a mix of tremendous excitement and huge sadness. You see I really loved
some of those things I was told to get rid of.
And truly, I'm not here to shame you if you didn't start the process.

Just got off the phone with a client in North Dakota -- she was shivering as we spoke because outside the temperature was a brutal -19 degrees! Brrrrr!.
Geez, how can I complain about our 50 degree cold snap?
No matter where you are... spring is indeed fast approaching and
one of the things I learned about very early in life was something called Spring Cleaning.
And how about spring cleaning our bodies?
